Insurance
Dr. Kupperman is an out of network provider and will be happy to provide an invoice that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company directly to inquire about its reimbursement policy for behavioral health treatment. Most people with out of network mental health benefits are reimbursed between 50% and 100% of the cost of their sessions.
Questions to ask your insurance provider include:
Do I have out of network benefits to see a licensed psychologist?
If so, what percentage of sessions do you cover?
Is there a session limit, and if so, in what time period?
What is the deductible, and how much of the deductible have I met?
How do I access the necessary form to submit for reimbursement?
Payment
Zelle, credit card, or check due at time of service.
Cancellation Policy
Dr. Kupperman's policy requires 24 hours notice for cancelled appointments. Please note, Dr. Kupperman charges the full fee for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, or for no-show visits.
